March 2025
A New Home for Enterprise Connect
March 20, 2025

One thing was clear this week at Enterprise Connect 2025: It’s a time of big changes in the communications/CX tech industry. And we’ve also got a big change in the works for Enterprise Connect: We’re moving next year’s version of the event to Las Vegas.
Enterprise Connect 2026 will take place March 10 – 12 at Caesars Forum convention center in Las Vegas, and the EC team couldn’t be more excited. Florida was our home for some 20 years, and it’s been a wonderful place for the event. But this change will benefit our attendees and sponsors in many ways:
- Our experience across a diverse portfolio of tech events shows that Las Vegas is a draw for attendees with its vibrant nightlife, food scene, sports, entertainment and more.
- Our schedule shift eliminates attendees’ need for weekend travel. The event will run Tuesday through Thursday, instead of our Orlando pattern of Monday through Wednesday for the expo with an additional half-day of conference on Thursday.
- Our earlier dates in March are less likely to conflict with Spring Break
- From budget-friendly to luxury accommodations, Las Vegas offers a wide range of lodging options to suit every budget—all within walking distance of Caesars Forum
- With over 1,100 daily inbound and outbound flights and direct service to more than 150 U.S. and international cities, Las Vegas offers convenience for both time and budget. Harry Reid International Airport is just 2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, minimizing transfer times and costs
Caesars Forum is a fantastic venue – brand-new in 2020 and in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. It’s a great space for Enterprise Connect, as our Expo and Conference areas will be directly adjacent, as will sponsor meeting rooms and some really fantastic spaces for functions.
Of course there are a ton of details to work out between now and March 2026. Our priority is to keep the elements of the show floor and program that we know our stakeholders value most, while taking this opportunity to innovate and give the show a shot of fresh energy. We’ll keep in close communication as we build out the plan for EC2026. I’d love to hear your reaction and what you’d like us to prioritize and develop for the big move.
