Enterprise Connect launches the Future Leaders in Enterprise Communications Technology program to spotlight young, innovative end-users shaping the future of workplace collaboration and connectivity. This new initiative celebrates early-career professionals under 35 who are driving meaningful change through creativity, innovation, and leadership in enterprise communications technology.

• Recognition and Networking: Selected Future Leaders receive complimentary passes to Enterprise Connect 2026, onsite recognition, and exclusive networking opportunities with top industry leaders and potential mentors
• Open to End-Users Only: The program welcomes nominations for early-career professionals, students, and innovators under 35 who are advancing collaboration, pioneering AI integration, or solving real-world challenges with enterprise communications technology
• Key Dates: Nomination deadline is January 12, with selected participants notified the week of January 19 for recognition at Enterprise Connect

The Best of Enterprise Connect award program recognizes excellence and innovation!  In addition to the overall Best of Enterprise Connect award, in 2026 we’ll again be recognizing outstanding achievements within specific categories.
