Enterprise Connect recommends that guests wear face masks while attending the event, however in keeping with the latest CDC guidelines, masks are not required.
Enhanced, deep cleaning before, during, and after the event will take place, working with the Gaylord Palms to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
This includes continuous sanitization throughout the course of an event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, and food and beverage areas.
Gaylord Palms is part of Marriott’s commitment to clean.
Enterprise Connect will provide sanitizer stations throughout the show floor and encourage all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.
In keeping with ASHRAE and CDC guidance, the Gaylord Palms Convention Center uses MERV 8 and MERV 13 pocket filters. Their HVAC systems are optimized to provide the maximum number of fresh air exchanges that vary based on outside temperature, humidity, and pollution levels.
EC 2022 will feature contactless registration making the process quicker, easier, and safer with less face-to-face interaction.
Please maintain appropriate social distance and respect the personal boundaries of other attendees.
Enterprise Connect will have access to a qualified first aid responder for any immediate medical needs or medically related questions.
Enterprise Connect will follow relevant health authority guidance on screening participants.
Should it be necessary, Enterprise Connect will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events.
Rapid antigen tests will be available on-site at Gaylord Palms. Please pre-register here or scan the QR code below. Check back for room location and hours of operation.
Orange County and surrounding counties provide free community testing sites. No appointments are necessary, but online pre-registration is required. Click to view the mass testing sites available.
These policies will be reviewed regularly between now and the event, and may be updated as the situation warrants.
All participants should self-screen daily for symptoms of Covid or other illness and must not attend if experiencing any symptoms.
Where possible, contactless systems and processes will be implemented to minimize "touch points."
Program materials will be distributed electronically where possible.
We will carefully manage crowd densities and capacities.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event.
Expectations for all event participants at the event:
Individuals who are immunocompromised or at high risk are encouraged to attend virtually.
Individuals should not attend the event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they are concerned that they have been exposed to the virus within the last 14 days and could possibly test positive.
Should an event participant test positive for COVID-19, register a temperature, or become ill during the event, he/she/they should observe recognized quarantining procedures.
All event participants are expected to observe and engage in recognized preventive actions to help ensure a safe environment, including frequent hand washing.
Enterprise Connect recommends all participants review the CDC guidance on travel. Be aware, the CDC requires masks at public transportation hubs and on all public transportation. This includes but is not limited to airports, flights, taxi/ride share, and local buses.

A. There are no capacity limitations other than standard fire marshal regulations.
Q. Will Enterprise Connect limit attendance?
A. It is possible that Enterprise Connect will be required to limit attendance to ensure proper distancing is maintained and locally mandated capacity limits are adhered to. It is recommended you secure your registration now if you know you’d like to attend in person.
Q. What health measures are Enterprise Connect taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
A. Enterprise Connect is working closely with local health authorities and the Gaylord Palms to provide a safe and healthy experience for all Enterprise Connect participants. A. For those who choose to wear a mask, the CDC recommends wearing masks with two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric, that completely cover your nose and mouth, fit snugly against the sides of your face and don't have gaps, have a nose wire to prevent air from leaking out of the top of the mask.
Q. Will food be served and what will that look like?
A. Food service will be available. We are partnering with Gaylord Palms to provide a wide-ranging menu that meets the needs of our participants. Food service may look a little different this year, to adhere to safety measures.
