Best of Enterprise Connect Highlights AI Innovation

The Finalists have been announced for this year’s Best of Enterprise Connect, and I’m impressed with the diversity of products and creative uses of technology – led by AI, of course. Our Finalists for the Overall Best in EC award promise new capabilities and approaches to business issues that offer a glimpse into what an AI-driven future could look like.

This year’s 7 Overall finalists focus on both internal enterprise collaboration and the customer experience (CX). The former offer improvements that aim to make AI-generated meeting summaries more useful and the collaboration experience richer; leverage Agentic AI to enable voice, video, and text communications to weave together more seamlessly; and even provide a voice model for multilingual communications. For CX, our innovators are using AI to improve analytics and fraud protection.

We had over 30 entries in this year’s competition, so there was a wealth of great products to choose among. Here are the products our panel of industry judges chose as the Finalists:

  • AudioCodes — Meeting Insights On-Prem (MIA OP) – Which automates the creation of accurate meeting summaries, using AI to extract key insights and action items.
  • Crescendo Multimodal AI -Which unifies voice, text, and visual interactions in one continuous conversation, enabling customers to talk, type, and share images/PDFs, seamlessly while preserving context, delivered through Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Genesys – For a product to be announced later this month.
  • Rime Arcana V2 - A high-fidelity, multilingual AI voice model designed for enterprise use, delivering natural prosody, emotional nuance, and on-prem or API deployment for scalable, production-grade voice applications.
  • UJET Spiral- An AI analytics hub that unifies 100% of customer conversations and feedback, and autonomously detects product and service issues, allowing teams to fix root cause issues and eliminate unnecessary interactions at their source.
  • Vonage Agentforce Identity Insights- Uses communications & network APIs for contact centers to detect fraud, verify identity & validate comms channels in real time, improving productivity, CX and security across Salesforce workflows.
  • Zoom AI Companion 3.0 - The next evolution of Zoom’s agentic AI solution, combining Zoom’s proprietary large and small language models with trusted third‑party models from partners like OpenAI and Anthropic.

We’ll announce the winner of the Overall Best of EC at Enterprise Connect 2026, taking place March 10 – 12 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. At that time, we’ll also reveal the top products in our 4 Best of EC sub-categories: Best Innovation for Customer Experience; Most Innovative Use of AI; Best Innovation for AV/Video; and Best Innovation for Security/Compliance.
