Enterprise Connect
March 10-12, 2026
Caesars ForumLas Vegas, NV
Content is Still King

In advance of our move to Las Vegas for 2026, the Enterprise Connect team is already deep into the preparations for an all-new experience that we hope will wow attendees, sponsors, and all our other stakeholders. And as always with Enterprise Connect, it starts with the content.

Last week we opened our Call for Speakers, which is just the first step in putting together a conference program that balances the practical with the visionary, the bleeding edge with the nuts and bolts challenges on which you’re continually expected to deliver cost savings, efficiencies, and better service. Our core tracks will remain -- AI, AV/Video, Collaboration & UC, CX/contact center, and Security/Compliance – but look for some exciting new areas of focus as well. And we’re planning to offer a broader range of session formats, to ensure ample opportunities to learn from experts as well as engage with peers.

In addition, I’m delighted to share that several members of Enterprise Connect’s Advisory Boards, made up of leaders from enterprise end user organizations, will be more deeply involved than ever this year, helping to vet sessions and shape coverage areas. This amazing group of professionals has been an invaluable resource to my team and me over the years, sharing their wisdom, experience, and insights about the industry; I’m excited to have their input and grateful for their willingness to take on this critical role. If you’re an enterprise decision-maker and would like to join our content advisory process, please drop me an email at eric.krapf@informa.com.

I can’t remember when our industry has faced more uncertainty than it does now. In previous technology transitions, everyone knew where things were headed – the big challenges were in preparing for the change, learning the new technology, and implementing it effectively and in as user-friendly a way as possible. In the current AI-driven transformation, it’s still not totally clear just how this technology will provide the benefits it promises, or how IT should move to capture those benefits – not to mention the question that’s always fundamental to IT’s mission: How to turn technology capabilities into business value, and make it all run cost-effectively. AI is the primary example of that challenge today, but it’s not the only one.

The answers will come, as they always do, from the industry pros themselves. I’m pleased to report that we’ll be continuing our tradition of providing a strong component of enterprise-led sessions as part of the program; a dozen enterprise execs have already raised their hands in response to our call for case studies to be part of next year’s program, with more prospective enterprise speakers coming in every week.

So if you’re a subject matter expert – especially if you’re an IT decision-maker from the enterprise – I encourage you to submit your ideas to our Call for Speakers, or email me directly at eric.krapf@informa.com. Your submission doesn’t have to be a fully-formed session; it can be the germ of an idea, an issue you know is important and that you feel passionate about. We’ll work with you to build the right format and way to present your expertise.

The Call for Speakers closes July 18 – if you’re so inclined, I hope you’ll share your ideas with our program committee.
