Enterprise Leaders Take the Main Stage at Enterprise Connect

With Enterprise Connect 2025 just over a week away, there’s a ton of great content and activities that I’m excited about. One improvement this year that I’d like to highlight: We’ll have more enterprise leaders on the main keynote stage than ever before.

On Monday, industry analyst Jim Burton of C-T Link and I will co-moderate a pair of sessions tackling strategic issues in enterprise communications. The panels for each conversation will feature a mix of vendor execs and enterprise leaders, a format that we tried last year to great success. The enterprise leaders offered an irreplaceable perspective on the key issues, helping to bring the conversation back around to real-world concerns.

Our first of these strategic panels is called, Is There a New Model for Collaboration Technology? and features execs from Microsoft, RingCentral, and Zoom, alongside enterprise representatives from AdventHealth and The Hartford. The overriding issue we want to address is, essentially: Five years on from the pandemic, why are we still collaborating the same way, using basically the same tools? What’s coming in the next generation that could truly change collaboration? I’m expecting the conversation to focus on AI applications like meeting summaries and even agentic AI, but we’re also planning to discuss the state of video and what constitutes “good enough” in this area, as well as other developments in collaboration.

Our second panel focuses directly on AI: What's the Case for AI in the Enterprise? with representatives from AWS, Cisco, and Google, together with leaders from Fannie Mae and Principal Financial Group. Here we plan to home in on use cases, governance, value, ROI, and strategic direction, both in employee collaboration and in contact centers.

We’re also continuing our tradition of opening the Tuesday morning keynote stage with a panel of leaders from large enterprises. This year’s session, titled, Navigating an Uncertain Future, will include representatives from AAA Northeast, Avery Dennison, Werner Enterprises, a large U.S. trucking firm, and Yum! Brands. While this conversation will certainly steer toward AI, we’ll also discuss the future of cloud-based communications, evolving CX requirements, and the management strategies that enterprise decision-makers must adopt in order to lead their organizations through the changes that lie ahead.

Finally, we’re going to drill down on the role of AI in the contact center, when I sit down for a fireside chat with Scott Clarke of Cigna on Wednesday. We’ll explore in depth the challenges and opportunities of AI in the contact center, and how a company that’s both highly regulated and highly driven to transform its CX process is moving ahead with AI. Scott will share insights on what’s worked, what still lies ahead, and how to execute on AI while ensuring security and compliance.

Either a conference or an Expo Plus pass gets you access to all keynote sessions, including these terrific opportunities to hear from enterprise peers. There’s still time to get in on the best learning opportunity in the industry!

Stay Ahead with Enterprise Connect

Enterprise Connect is your premier destination for staying ahead in enterprise collaboration and CX. What role will AI play in shaping the future of enterprise communications? The answer is that AI will undoubtedly have a significant impact, but as always, our event goes beyond just AI. We aim to place AI in the broader context of the many challenges and opportunities enterprise collaboration and CX professionals navigate daily.

Our mission is to equip you, as an enterprise leader, with essential tools and actionable insights to craft a strategy tailored to your organization's unique needs. Alongside a deep dive into AI, our comprehensive program includes dedicated tracks on AV/Video, Collaboration Platforms/Unified Communications, CPaaS & Programmable Communications, CX/Contact Center, and Security/Compliance.

We’re also excited to offer a Strategy & Management track, focusing on real-world applications and solutions. Most sessions in this track are case study discussions led by enterprise leaders, providing unparalleled opportunities to learn from and connect with your peers.
