Charting Your Course to Enterprise Success

With the inaugural Enterprise Connect AI event now completed, our team is now full steam ahead on Enterprise Connect 2025 the week of March 17 in Orlando, FL. One of the questions we’ve been asked is, given that we’ve just finished an event devoted to AI, what role will AI play in the big March 2025 event?
The answer is that AI will have a role to play in Orlando, but the event will, as always, stretch well beyond just AI. We’ll also be striving to put AI in the context of the many other issues that enterprise collaboration/CX pros deal with.
Enterprises must do their due diligence with AI, both as an opportunity and as a risk. It’s not the automatic first choice for every business process, but it’s likely to be on offer for many of them. As we noted last week, enterprises increasingly want to understand whether AI is fit for a particular purpose they need to address.
So AI will be a part of the discussion in Orlando, but often in the broader context of how collaboration/CX pros continue to work to improve the service they deliver to end users. In addition to including AI where it makes sense in discussions of CX, collaboration, security, and other key topics, we’ll have a modest track focused on AI technology itself, as well as a half-day training for those wanting a deeper dive on the nuts and bolts of AI.
So what will the focus be for Enterprise Connect 2025? We’ve adopted a theme for the event, “Charting Your Course,” that has driven how we’ve looked at the program. Our aim is to provide you with the tools and guidance that will help you as an enterprise leader find the right strategy to fit your company’s needs. In addition to AI, we’ll have in-depth tracks on AV/Video, Collaboration Platforms/UC, CPaaS & Programmable Communications, CX/Contact Center, and Security/Compliance, as well as new track I’m excited about, on Strategy & Management. The majority of the sessions in this track will be case study discussions, presented by your enterprise peers.
We’ll be opening registration for Enterprise Connect 2025 in just a few days, and the program agenda will go up soon after that. Our first keynote announcement is scheduled for later in October. You can get your best deal by signing up soon, so look for more messages from us and details on the Enterprise Connect website as we roll out full details on the event starting next week.
