Enterprise Connect 2026 Pass Options
Group Discounts Available for Enterprise Connect
To automatically qualify for the Enterprise Connect 2026 group discounts, all registrations (3+) must be submitted from the same company at the same time. Discount will automatically be applied during the registration process. Discounts are calculated based on the current price on the All Access and Premium Conference pass types and must be paid in full by February 18, 2026. Government and Non-Profit Organizations
Registrants from government and non-profit organizations may be eligible for an industry discount. To validate your identification with a government agency or non-profit organization, contact the Enterprise Connect Registration Team at EnterpriseConnectRegistration@Informa.com
Government & Non-Profit organizations receive 30% off onsite Enterprise Connect registration rates.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with Government and Non-Profit Discount Offers. The event organizers reserve the right to determine eligibility for any promotional/group offers. Discounts do not apply to Summit passes.

- Expo Plus passes do not include lunch.
- By registering for Enterprise Connect, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Enterprise Connect is open to industry professionals, and proof of industry involvement is required. You will be asked to present a business card as well as a photo ID when you check-in.
- If you register for our event using an exhibitor-specific registration code, Informa may share certain contact information you provided to us with our exhibitors. To learn more, please read our Privacy Policy at https://informa.com/privacy-policy/.
- Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied.
- Discounts may not be combined with other offers. Multiple promo codes/discounts may not be combined. Only one promo or offer may be claimed per registration.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse Expo Plus and/or On-Demand pass applications from representatives of companies that compete with official Enterprise Connect Sponsors and Exhibitors. Cancellation Date & Fees
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your Enterprise Connect 2026 registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $200 service fee until December 12, 2025. Cancellations received between December 12, 2025 – January 16, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass, less a $200 service fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after January 16, 2026, or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend sending a substitute in your place. The aforementioned standard cancellation dates and fees apply to the downgrading of Conference passes to Expo Plus passes and/or On-Demand passes. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to EnterpriseConnectRegistration@Informa.com. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Plus passes.
Program Changes
Informa, producers of Enterprise Connect, reserves the right to make changes to the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Participation in all sessions and programs is on a first-come, first-served basis. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.
Age Limit
For safety reasons, no one under 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premises during the event.
Americans with Disabilities Act
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please email Lisa Brenna at lisa.brenna@informa.com no later than February 13, 2026.
