What is the Future Leaders Program?
The Future Leaders Program celebrates early-career professionals who are making an impact through creativity, innovation, and leadership in enterprise communications technology. Whether they're developing breakthrough solutions, advancing AI integration, or helping teams connect and collaborate more effectively, this is your chance to recognize the rising stars on your team for their contributions.
Enterprise Connect has always been where technology leaders, IT professionals, and innovators come together to explore what’s next in the industry. Now, the Future Leaders Program extends that mission by amplifying the voices and ideas of the next generation that will define what comes next.

Who Can Be Nominated?
The program is open to early-career professionals, students, and innovators under 35 who are making a meaningful impact in the field of enterprise communications.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Advancing collaboration and connectivity in the modern workplace
- Pioneering new approaches to AI, cloud communications, or unified communications
- Solving real-world challenges with technology and creativity
- Passionate about helping teams work smarter, faster, and better
Note: This program is exclusively for end-users or students in the field of enterprise communications technology. Vendors, consultants, and service providers are not eligible.

How to Nominate
Submitting a nomination is quick and easy. You can nominate yourself or a colleague who embodies the spirit of innovation and leadership in enterprise communications technology.
