Placing Your Safety at the Heart of Our Events

When you join our event in person, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experience.  

Enterprise Connect will be organized in accordance with our parent company, Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organizer, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe environment. 

Your Safety is Our Top Concern

COVID-19 has changed many aspects of our world, and the way we do business. Our attendees’ health and well-being are our #1 priority and we will do everything in our power to keep you safe.

Health & Safety Initiatives:

MASKING
Enterprise Connect does not require guests to wear face masks while attending the event, however some guests may choose to do so.

ENHANCED CLEANING
Enhanced, deep cleaning before, during, and after the event will take place, working with the Gaylord Palms to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This includes continuous sanitization throughout the course of an event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, and food and beverage areas. Where possible, contactless systems and processes will be implemented to minimize those "high-touch areas"

Gaylord Palms is part of Marriott’s commitment to clean.

HAND SANITIZING
Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the event.

AIR VENTILATION
In keeping with ASHRAE and CDC guidance, the Gaylord Palms Convention Center uses MERV 8 and MERV 13 pocket filters. Their HVAC systems are optimized to provide the maximum number of fresh air exchanges that vary based on outside temperature, humidity, and pollution levels.

REGISTRATION & SESSIONS
EC 2023 will feature our standard contactless registration making the process quicker, easier, and safer with less face-to-face interaction. Program materials will be distributed electronically where possible.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please maintain appropriate social distance and respect the personal boundaries of other attendees.

FIRST AID
Enterprise Connect will have access to a qualified first aid responder for any immediate medical needs or medically related questions.
