Who Qualifies to Participate as a Hosted Buyer?

Do you meet these criterias? If so, apply today!

Qualified IT Decision Maker

  • You are a senior IT professional personally involved in the decision-making process for IT, communications, collaboration and CX products and/or services.
  • You are a senior manager or director or above at an end-user company with 5,000+ employees.

Time Commitment

  • You agree to complete five, 14-minute sponsor meetings over the three days of the event (Monday, March 17 – Wednesday, March 19)
  • Hosted buyers are expected to arrive in time for the Monday welcome reception in the Expo Hall and stay through Wednesday

Skin in the Game

  • To demonstrate your commitment to the Hosted Buyer program, we ask you to book and secure your accommodations with a credit card – you will be asked to share your hotel confirmation with our team. Upon successful completion of all your scheduled meetings, we will provide you with a $150 Gift Card.

How the Hosted Buyer Process Works

  1. Apply – Spots are filling up, don't miss this opportunity!
  2. Get Accepted – you will hear from us in approximately 48 business hours.
  3. Connect with your Personal Hosted Buyer Concierge – Enjoy 1:1 recommendations and guidance every step of the way. Based on your profile, vendor meetings are recommended to you.
  4. Accept Meeting Invitations – Calendar meeting invitations will be sent to you with all the details
  5. Meet and Do Business – At the event, attend your meetings in our special Hosted Buyer Meeting Area.
