Amazon Web Services Keynote

Dilip Kumar
VP of AWS Applications 

Dilip Kumar is the Vice President of AWS Applications. In this role, he oversees the growth and development of the suite of AWS Applications and Services for Contact Centers, Customer Engagement, Communication Workloads, Productivity Tools, Checkout and Identity Services (Just Walk Out, Amazon One), and newly launched AWS Services like AWS Supply Chain and AWS Clean Rooms.

Prior to joining AWS, Dilip held a variety of roles in Amazon’s Consumer business where he had P&L responsibility for Amazon Go and Amazon Style physical stores. His teams were responsible for innovations like Amazon Just Walk Out, Amazon Dash Carts, and Amazon One that power many of Amazon’s own stores as well as third-party brands. He also served two years as Jeff Bezos’s Technical Advisor.

In 2022, Dilip was recognized as one of Adweek’s Top 50 executives. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science and earned his MBA at The Wharton School.

Cisco Keynote

Snorre Kjesbu
Senior Vice President & General Manager of Collaboration Devices

Snorre Kjesbu is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Collaboration Devices at Cisco. He is a global citizen leading a worldwide organization responsible for the collaboration devices business ranging from IP phones to immersive video systems. Snorre’s passion for design with over 20 years of engineering experience are at the core of his belief in always providing authentic user experiences.

Prior to his return to Cisco, Snorre was Executive VP of Design, Creation and Fulfillment at BANG & OLUFSEN in Copenhagen. His résumé also includes SVP at Tandberg and being responsible for R&D on wireless communication at ABB. He and his team at ABB were awarded the Wall Street Journal Innovation award for their work on wireless sensors in 2002.

Snorre holds a Master of Science from the University of Bristol and has been a guest lecturer at the Stanford Network Research Center in Stanford University. He has obtained more than 20 patents in the areas of communications and video conferencing and is on the board of directors for several IT companies. When not working, Snorre can likely be seen on a pair of skis – whether on snow or water.

Behshad Behzadi, PhD
Vice President of Engineering
Conversational AI

Behshad Behzadi, PhD, is a distinguished computer scientist with expertise in algorithms, web search ranking, natural language understanding, speech recognition and machine learning.

He leads Google Cloud Conversational AI, focusing on applying Google's latest advancements in AI to reimagine and automate customer services and operations for large enterprises.

Behzadi joined Google Zurich in 2006 and has played a key role in Google's AI-first strategy as co-founder of the Google Assistant, Google Lens, Google Smart Display and more recently, the Next Gen Assistant, a breakthrough in mobile assistant technology with on-device Machine Learning for a lightning fast experience. Prior to that, he led several core web search ranking teams such as Freshness, Safesearch and pioneered usage of Entities, Context, and ML in Search.

Behzadi holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, and did post-doc research at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics, focusing on algorithmic comparative genomics.

Microsoft Keynote

Nicole Herskowitz
Vice President, Microsoft Teams & Platform Marketing

Nicole has been an active leader in the technology sector for over 25 years. Nicole currently leads Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Mesh, and Microsoft 365 Platform product marketing. She previously held leadership roles on the Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and Project businesses. During her tenure at Microsoft, Nicole’s responsibilities have included product management, product marketing, and sales in both worldwide and European offices.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Nicole worked at a startup focused on customer relationship management SaaS. Nicole started her career as a strategy and technology consultant at Arthur Andersen. Nicole earned her MBA at the University of Michigan and undergraduate degree at University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of work Nicole spends her time with her husband and two daughters, travelling and long-distance running.

Mo Katibeh
President and Chief Operating Officer

As RingCentral's President & Chief Operating Officer, Mo Katibeh is responsible for RingCentral's products, sales, marketing, customer experience, human resources and corporate strategy. A seasoned technology leader, Katibeh is focused on fueling RingCentral's growth by accelerating investments in arenas that are strategically important for long-term success. Since joining the company, Katibeh has also optimized processes and systems to deliver a more agile company that's focused on helping customers transform their business communications to the cloud – while driving durable and increasingly profitable growth with operational discipline.

Katibeh is a 20 year veteran of technology, cloud, product and sales roles. Prior to joining RingCentral, Katibeh held multiple executive positions at AT&T, including EVP Chief Product & Platform Officer and EVP Chief Marketing Officer of AT&T Business where he oversaw all product and marketing responsibilities, as well as go to market sales for digital, wholesale, and indirect channels. Under Katibeh's leadership, AT&T established a multi-billion dollar communications, collaboration, and security business, driving market leading growth through development and deployment of innovative cloud-based technologies. He was also recognized as one of the World's Most Influential CMOs by Forbes for 2019 and 2020.

Katibeh grew up in the United Kingdom and has lived in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and the United States. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business with majors in International Business, Marketing, and Philosophy from Oklahoma State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas. Katibeh is married and has two children.

Joseph Chong
Head of Platform & Industry Marketing

Joseph Chong is Head of Platform and Industry Marketing for Zoom's product portfolio, including communications and collaboration, customer experience, sales automation, and marketing events products. Joseph brings more than 25 years' experience to Zoom, where he leads a team focused on driving product value and adoption for customers across enterprise and consumer segments.

Prior to Zoom, Joseph was Vice President of Product Marketing at Salesforce for Service Cloud. Over 6.5 years, Joseph and his marketing team helped grow the Service Cloud from $1.8BN to over $7BN in annual revenue to become the largest business at Salesforce. He helped solidify Service Cloud's position as leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Engagement Center for 13 consecutive years. Prior to Salesforce, Joseph led marketing for Mobile App Promotion for Twitter leading up to and beyond Twitter's successful public offering in 2013. Joseph also served as a product manager at PayPal and GM at several startups, focusing on payments, customer experience, performance advertising, and data science.

Joseph holds an MBA from the Wharton School, a Masters of Computer Science (MCIT) from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College.
