Enterprise Connect believes it’s vital to foster the careers of women in the field of enterprise communications/IT. That’s why we’re committed to offering opportunities for women in the industry to build their knowledge and personal networks via our Conference, Exhibition, and throughout the event through formal and informal networking opportunities.

The event offers opportunities for learning, exchanging ideas, and creating connections that help build careers. We’re also committed to recognizing excellence and promise on the part of individual women in the industry.

And Enterprise Connect 2023 will offer more of these opportunities and programs than ever before!

Last year’s Women in Enterprise Communications Spotlight award winners were:

  • Danielle Joiner McPherson, Director Global Reservations Tech & Innovation, Delta Air Lines
  • Sinead Aylward, Vice President, Contact Center Technology, Endurance Warrant Services
  • Dawn Pielstick, Vice President of Information Systems Applications, Mutual of Omaha
  • Lisa DeLapo, Director of Information & Instructional Technology, Union School District

Women in Communications Luncheon

As part of the Enterprise Connect Conference, we’re hosting our Women in Communications Luncheon on Monday. Join your peers for networking and lunch, then participate in an interactive town hall-style discussion with a panel of women leaders in enterprise IT/communications. (Entire Event and Tuesday-Thursday pass holders)

Main Stage Discussion

For the first time ever, we’ll host a General Session on the Enterprise Connect main stage, in which you’ll hear from women leaders in enterprise communications organizations. They’ll address the opportunities, challenges, and experiences they’ve seen, and offer their advice and encouragement for current and future women leaders. This session is open to all.
