Enterprise Connect takes place at the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL.
When and where can I pick up my Enterprise Connect 2024 badge?
Main Registration (Attendee Registration) is located in the City Hall Lobby on Level 3 of the Gaylord Palms convention center, between the Sun and Osceola Lobbies.

How do I access the Enterprise Connect event app?
The Enterprise Connect app is hosted on the Swapcard platform. Download the Enterprise Connect app by searching in the app store for: "Enterprise IT Events – Informa" or use the QR code, create your schedule, find and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees, and navigate the Expo Hall. All registrants will receive an invitation via email to enter the virtual platform a week before the event, or you can login using the email address you used to register.
Does Enterprise Connect have a code of conduct?
Yes. Enterprise Connect is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. The Enterprise Connect Code of Conduct outlines expectations for participant behavior and consequences for unacceptable behavior.
How can I request assistance in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact Lisa Brenna by March 1, 2024.
Does Enterprise Connect provide a private room for nursing mothers?
Yes. Room Osceola 1 on Level 3 (Conference Level) is the Nursing Lounge, set aside for nursing mothers. There isn’t a refrigerator inside the pods to store milk, but we will allow Parents to store milk in the Show Office fridge (Sarasota Room).
Does Enterprise Connect provide a private Mindfulness room?
Yes. Attendees can access the Mindfulness Lounge in Room Osceola 2 on Level 3 (Conference Level). The doors will be locked, but keys will be available to check out at the show office, Sarasota Room. If the room is being used a lot, we will proceed to leave the room open.
What are the filming and recording guidelines?
Legitimate news media with approved credentials and media badges whose only intention is to gather film clips for a newscast can receive special clearance to film onsite at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center, with restrictions.
Please note that there are limitations (even for media badge holders) for filming or recording at Enterprise Connect, and filming or recording of Enterprise Connect content/sessions is strictly prohibited.
