Speaker Center

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

As a Speaker, you are automatically registered for the event. You do not need to register! In early March, you will receive a QR code from our Registration team to scan onsite to print your badge. You can also go to the event app and tap the “Check-in QR Code” button to access your personal QR code. To register you, we will use the email address provided for speaker communications.


YOUR BADGE

Your Speaker badge provides you with access to all conference sessions, Keynotes, the Expo Hall, the on-site Speaker Center, and networking activities.


SPEAKER AGREEMENT

Unless you have been sent a separate agreement, please find the link to the 2026 EC SPEAKER AGREEMENT here. We ask that you sign your agreement as soon as possible.


HOTEL & TRAVEL DETAILS

Discounted rates and resort fees are available only to Enterprise Connect.

Enterprise Connect rates are available through February 17, 2026 (based on availability). Convention Housing Partners has been designated as the only hotel provider endorsed by Enterprise Connect 2026. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware that they are not endorsed by our event.

PRESENTATIONS

If you are required to submit a presentation for your session, this is due on February 6th. Information on presentation structure, format, and templates is available at Presentation Guidelines | Enterprise Connect. Please send your presentation to Janelle.wilger@informa.com

If you need more time for your presentation, please let Janelle know. It is best to send in one finished presentation rather than multiple copies.

CONFERENCE AGENDAPlease check your session info regularly, as timings may change. We do our best to avoid changes, but some will be inevitable.

ONSITE SPEAKER CENTER

The onsite Speaker Center is in Academy Ballrooms 403 & 404.

In this photo, the event entrance is outlined in blue. This is where you will enter and go to Registration to pick up your badge.

The RED outline marks the location of the Speaker Center. If you are concerned about finding it on-site, please contact Janelle, and she will do her best to meet you at Registration and guide you to the Speaker Center.

THE EVENT APP:

Step 1: Go to your app store and look for: INFORMA CONNECT TECH EVENTS app.
Step 2: Sign in using the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS you gave us to be used for SPEAKER COMMUNICATIONS.

*Please note, if you give us your assistant's or EA's email address and we enter that into our system, all communications and the event app access will be tied to that email.

WHEN TO REPORT – KEYNOTE SESSIONS:

30-minute call-time to backstage

For those in the Forum Ballroom Keynote Stage, please plan to arrive backstage 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time.

Prior to going onstage, we will need time to fit you with a microphone and prepare for entrance.


WHEN TO REPORT – BREAKOUT SESSION ROOMS:

15-minute call time to session room

Please report to your session room fifteen minutes prior to your start time.

When you arrive, please head to the tech table in the room.


DIETARY NEEDS:

If you have dietary requirements or restrictions, please email those to Janelle.
